With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site: the pages you view, how you arrived, your device type and your approximate location. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set, and Google only receives basic signals without cookies that don't identify you.

AI assistant

The chat assistant on this site uses an AI model (Claude by Anthropic, provided through Netlify) to answer your questions. Your messages are processed to create the replies and are saved as chat records, so our team can follow up with you and improve our answers. AI answers can be imperfect; our team confirms anything important.

If you share your name, company, email or phone number in the chat, we use them only to respond to your enquiry. Please don't share sensitive information such as ID numbers or payment details.

Who handles the information

• Netlify: hosts the website and stores chat records.
• Anthropic, through Netlify: creates the assistant's replies.
• Google: provides Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies.

We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep chat records and contact details for up to 12 months after your last message, unless we're working together and need them longer. Analytics data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics, up to 14 months.
